Conference Venue
The Congress will take place at two state-of-the-art buildings belonging to the Jagiellonian University in Kraków: Auditorium Maximum and The Didactic Centre of the Faculty of Law and Administration. The buildings are adjacent to each other and located in the city centre, within walking distance (ca 1 km) from the Main Square.

Sponsorship opportunities
For companies interested in sponsoring IAHR2025 we have prepared two packages offering presence and visibility not only during the Congress itself, but also before and after the event. Admission for company representatives is included in the packages to provide you with opportunities for networking during the event.
We are offering the following sponsor packages:
Premium Sponsor
The price includes:
- Standard exhibition booth (6 m2)
- Placement of the company logo:
- On the Congress website;
- At the Congress venue, on selected items of Congress branding;
- Flyer inserts in Congress materials;
- Possibility of adding company gadgets to Congress materials (additional charges will apply);
- Discount coupons/vouchers for purchasing company products;
- Mention of the company as the Congress sponsor during the Opening and Closing Ceremony;
- Admission to all Congress events including lectures, coffee breaks, lunches and the gala dinner for two company representatives.
Price: 7 500 EUR net*
Price for any additional company representative (registration fee): 490 EUR* /person

Exhibition opportunities
For exhibitors, we are offering the following arrangement:
Standard exhibition booth
The prince includes:
- A 6 m2 booth (3m x 2m);
- White modular walls;
- Table 70 cm x 70 cm and 2-3 chairs;
- Frieze with company name;
- Power supply (230 V, max. 3kW);
- Exhibitor’s logo on the conference website;
- Coffee breaks, lunches and gala dinner throughout the duration of the Congress for two company delegates.
Price: 3 500 EUR net*
Additional exhibition space: 500 EUR net * /m2
Additional company representative (registration fee): 490 EUR* /person

If you require a different setup, you are free to arrange your assigned exhibition space according to your needs. Should you prefer to bring your own booth setup with you, we can provide a table and a set of chairs. To select one of these options, please enter “Full own arrangement” or “Table and chairs for own arrangement” in the “Sponsorship/Exhibition” section of the application form.
If necessary, we may put you in touch with our contractor to discuss more options (additional charges will apply). We may also provide additional information about technical limitations, such as the maximum height of your exhibition setup.
If required, a different setup may by arranged. Please contact us in case of any special requests. If necessary, we can put the exhibitors requiring additional assistance in touch with our contractors (additional charges will apply).
Application
To apply for a sponsor or exhibitor package, please submit the application form and a VAT declaration form to iahr2025sponsors@uj.edu.pl by 30th of April 2025.
Signing and submitting the application form is a binding agreement, provided exhibition space is available, and is considered to be a written commitment that all conditions stated therein are understood and accepted by the applicant.
Space will not be reserved without an application. Applications will be considered in order of receiving. Exhibition space cannot be occupied unless the full amount is paid by 30th of April 2025.
Please note that all prices are in EUR. VAT is not included and should be settled in the country where the company is registered.
Company representatives included in the packages should register as “Company Representatve (included in the package)”.
Additional company representatives should also register as “Additional Company Representative” and select the appropriate registration fee. The fee can be paid individually by the registered individual or collectively by the company.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and changes to your orders must be made in writing.
Refundable amounts and cancellation policy depend on the date of cancellation and are as follows:
- Before 30th April 2025: full refund
- After 30 April 2025: no refund
