Does this e-mail really need to be an e-mail?
The number of registered IAHR 2025 participants is now nearing 1300 and still growing. This makes the Organizing Committee very happy, but also very busy.
We have been receiving an overwhelming number of e-mails with various queries and requests from all over the world. Due to this large number, we would like to ask you for a few favours:
- Before e-mailing us, PLEASE MAKE SURE SENDING AN E-MAIL IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY. Perhaps the information you need is already on the Congress website or in one of the previous e-mails you received? Perhaps your question is better answered by your university or your local association? Also, PLEASE REFRAIN FROM SENDING “THANK YOU” MESSAGES once your query has been answered. You are very welcome, we feel your gratitude, but we don’t need to read about it – thank you notes simply clog our inboxes.
- If you have already sent an e-mail, PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH US. Three people are working full time (while maintaining full-time academic jobs or handling other conferences) to get back to you, but because of the overwhelming number of messages, the responses are not always immediate.
- When sending an e-mail, please make sure you are directing it to an appropriate mailbox:
- konferencje@uj.edu.pl should be used exclusively for inquiries concerning registration and payments;
- iahr2025sponsors@uj.edu.pl should be used exclusively by (potential) Congress sponsors and exhibitors and NOT for queries regarding bursaries;
- iahr2025@uj.edu.pl should be used for the remaining queries, unless indicated otherwise in communication concerning a given topic.
