Accessibility of the building:
- The building has four entrances accessible to wheelchair users. People with special needs can reach every floor via an elevator. Hallways and corridors allow easy movement.
- Persons with disabilities may enter through the main entrance, where an elevator and a porter s desk offering assistance and information are located.
- The building has glass doors and walls marked with contrast tape.
- All staircases are equipped with handrails.
- Stair treads are marked with contrasting stripes.
- The elevator does not include Braille markings.
- The elevator does not provide voice announcements.
- The building has two accessible toilets, located on the first and second floors.
- There are no designated parking spaces for persons with disabilities.
- The building is not equipped with tactile maps.
- Braille markings are available in a few rooms of the Institute of Sociology (1st floor).
- No auditory navigation system is used in the building. However, Polish Sign Language interpreting services are available from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. To ensure better service, please notify the UJ Accessibility Center in advance. The service is free of charge.

Polish Sign Language (PJM) interpretation is available at the Jagiellonian University from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. To ensure better quality service, requests for interpreting support should be submitted in advance to the UJ Accessibility Center. This service is provided free of charge.
