A note do student presenters: Please have a recommendation letter ready!

The IAHR 2025 call for papers and panels will remain open until Sunday. As some student presenters communicated being surprised during the submission process, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that during submission you will be asked to provide a recommendation letter from your supervisor.

Please have a suitable document ready when submitting a proposal. If you cannot obtain a recommendation letter promptly, another valid document confirming your student status issued by your university will suffice.

If you chose not to register as a student participant during abstract submission, but will want to claim reduced fee rate during payment, you will have to be able to confirm your student status. Therefore, please make sure that you have a suitable document ready at that time.
